I really like that one of the Budget employees at the desk assisted me to find another vehicle when the car I was originally assigned had a problem.

Good vehicle, clean, easy pick-up and drop-off. Wish I had known how to disable the toll receiver, because budget charges a lot of money for that. However, charges on the credit card are fishy. I pre-paid rent and insurance, but got a vague "non-pkg items" charge of 80$. After complaining, I got explanation that that is for fuel, while I had asked for full-to-full policy. They then refunded the charge, but on the same day made the same charge again, now from another budget office. Still don't have my money back, get all kinds of mails for more details on the credit card transactions, but no fix.
